Role/Skills

• Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Looking for Commercial and Industrial Mechanical Systems experience (in a self-performing capacity)
• Manage field personnel, quality, vendors and site safety standards
• Monitor project costs, financials; understanding of contracts, compliance, etc.
• Work directly with clients/customers on requirements and budgets
• Ability to travel as needed (likely within KC Metro area, region)
