CONTRACT | ELECTRICAL SITE MANAGER [Kansas City, KS]

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical construction professional to oversee subcontractors in installing equipment and electrical power systems on project site. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in electrical supervision, particularly in manufacturing and production equipment installations. Prefer candidates with Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician credentials.  This role is project-specific.

• W2 Contract position
• Anticipate $40-$50 per hour
• Anticipate 10 months worth of work (+/-)
• Anticipate 5x10s (M-F)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise subcontractors during the installation of equipment and electrical power systems.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably in manufacturing and production equipment installations.
• Certification as an electrician (Master Electrician, Journeyman, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
