CONTRACT TO HIRE | FABRICATION/MANUFACTURING TECHNICIANS | KANSAS CITY, MO

Advastar is currently hiring Fabrication/Manufacturing Technicians to join our client in Kansas City, MO

Shifts:

1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Work Location: Manufacturing Facility (Kansas City Branch)

Pay: $19.00/hour - $22.00/hour (DOE)

In this position, you will perform a wide variety of fabrication/manufacturing tasks such as building sub assemblies, final assemblies, metal fab, re-work, and quality testing. This is accomplished utilizing schematics, diagrams, layouts or manufacturing test development.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 3 years of technical experience (preferred)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings and interpret technical manuals (can be trained on this)
• Experience with forklift-mounted computers and bar-code scanners (can be trained on the job)
• Stable work history
• Reliable
