    DIRECT | VP of Sales [Houston, TX area]

    Key Experience: The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving sales growth in the construction and maintenance sector, particularly in servicing wind farms, refineries, chemical facilities, turnarounds/shutdowns, and other project specific services.  Prefer experience in Heavy Haul, Heavy Equipment, Crane & Rigging, or related service.

    Key Initiatives:

    • Implement a targeted sales & marketing strategy to increase visibility and attract new clients in the construction and maintenance sector. 
    • Implement a comprehensive performance tracking system to monitor individual and company sales performance against set targets and KPIs.
    • This initiative aims to provide real-time insights into sales activities, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with company expectations.
    • This role needs to effectively manage budgets, optimize pricing strategies, and drive overall sales force performance.

    Details:

    • Anticipate $150K annually (BOE)
    • Bonus potential based on company performance
    • Office position, based in the Houston/Beaumont, TX area
    • Team consists of 8-10 sales professionals
    • Position reports to President and EVP

    • Experience leading/developing a large team of people operating remotely, align with company objectives
    • Strong leadership skills, looking for a Leader/Doer
