• Anticipate $90K-$100K, BOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for multi-family and commercial construction projects
• Support and communicate with Project Management team
• Develop and manage customer relationships
• Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project proposals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction codes and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required
• Proven experience in estimating multi-family and/or commercial projects
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects (time management skills)
• Dedicated to consistently enhancing processes, systems, and methods (continuous improvement)
• Familiarity with MS Project and/or Bluebeam software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
