• Provided leadership for Drafting and Design groups
• Oversee Projects from concept to production
• Individual/team development (professional and technical)
• Provide clear expectations on project execution and strategic initiatives
• Optimize production efficiency and product quality

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, etc.)
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, team management, and proven track record
• Proficient with 3D modeling, Fabrication, Design Automation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
