As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily roofing crews and leading a team of 3-6 employees. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule daily labor needs for your team
• Supervise and manage a team of 3-6 employees, including a foreman and labor crew
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols
• Provide assistance to the team with various tasks as required
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support and uphold the company's core values
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Experience/Education Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial roofing preferred (will be mostly re-roofing jobs)
• Previous field supervision experience preferred
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record
