Local KCMO firm is looking to add a LEAD PROJECT MANAGER to their team due to growth and demand of their product/services. Would need to handle multiple projects in through multiple stages, projects could be in the $100K - $3M+ range. This role would handle the design and manufacturing/fabrication processes - it would then be handed off to the Construction teams for installation.

Previous Project Management experience that could be a fit includes; design, manufacturing, fabrication, Information Technology, Utilities, Advertising/Marketing. Requires technical skillset to navigate flow (ERP, CRM, Excel, etc.)

Position would be the lead PM in a team of 3-4 Project Managers.

This role is very client-facing and would be the main POC once handed off from sales team. Anticipate anywhere from $80-110K+ in annual salary (+ insurance, 401K, PTO/Vacation, Bonuses), determined on experience/fit. (Direct Hire)

Overview

• Create and Manage Project Design, Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing timelines
• Manage schedules, client requests, site requirements
• Main POC with Clients, Manage all design/fabrication related issues, provide guidance, trouble-shooting
• Experience with Estimating methods
• Ability to negotiate contract terms & conditions
• Make site visits as needed (expect about 10% travel or less)
• Ultimately responsible for overall success of projects

Desired

• 2/4 year degree in Technical Discipline, or equivalent experience
• PMP certification is desirable, not required
• Previous Project Management experience preferred, 5+ years
• Ability to lead, mentor, train and support project managers on team
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to support and manage multiple projects (likely 10-20, various size and scope)
• Position can be hybrid (remote/office)
• Anticipate $80-110K range
