Client is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join their innovative company specializing in sustainable building envelope solutions.

The role involves;

• Overseeing commercial (and some residential) roofing projects, creating project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with architects and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing regular project updates to clients.

Seeking;

• The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering;
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of various roofing materials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in project management software.
