• Project Manager, Mechanical Systems
• Direct Hire, anticipated base salary in the $75K-$110K, based on level of experience
• $35K-$75K potential for performance bonuses
• Matching 401K, Profit Sharing program (averages 8-10% of base)

• Some travel required, typically no more than 4-5 days per month

Role/Skills

• Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• Looking for Commercial and Industrial Mechanical Systems experience
• Responsible for calculations, material specs, and project analysis
• Experience with Estimating, RFP responses, Develop Designs and Cost Evals
• Work directly with clients/customers on requirements and budgets
• Negotiation material and subcontractor pricing/selections
• Coordinate design work with Architects, Engineers, and other trades
• Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP and Revit
