DIRECT HIRE | REGIONAL SALES MANAGER [REMOTE]
This will be a remote position and would prefer someone in IL, OH, PA, WV or MD with reasonable access to major airport. Travel is expected to be in the 50% range.

We have a client that is looking to add a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to their team. This role is with a growing company that will oversee the sales process of design/build projects (engineering, fabrication, installation).
- Direct Hire, Annual Salary ($90K-$100K+, based on experience)
- Performance based commission, typically 30-40% of base
- Travel expected at 50%, usually 2 trips per month

Role:
- Lead sales efforts in region, maintain existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities
- Market to key industry segments (Industrial, Agriculture, Municipalities, etc.)
- Develop key relationships within the region (OEM's, EPC, Contractors, Engineers, plant managers, etc.)
- Individual contributor, no direct reports (this position reports to Sales Director)
Seeking:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
- 5+ years of proven BD experience in the Industrial product space
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience with CRM system (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
