DIRECT | COMMERCIAL SALES, ROOFING | HOUSTON, TX |

**Hybrid position**

Growing Commercial Roofing company in the Houston area is looking to add a Commercial Sales professional to their team.  Looking for previous sales/estimating experience with Construction services. (Commercial Services)

• Anticipate $75K-95K annually + commissions
• Full suite of benefits, 401K
• Travel limited to area, during business hours (may have limited overnight trips)
• Hybrid role

ROLE:

• Develop the Commercial sales division through natural growth
• Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
• Handle incoming leads and drive internal marketing initiatives
• Provide training to new sales/estimators as required
• Contribute to the achievement of overall sales targets
• Devise and implement strategies to surpass sales goals
• Take personal responsibility for meeting sales targets
• Supervise the project management activities of sales/estimators
• Implement the company's vision
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures in all business dealings
• Support and adhere to the company's values and principles

Desired qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial sales experience
• 1+ year of commercial roofing/estimating preferred
• Experience in the Construction/Sales arena preferred
• Great communication skills, Problem Solver, Team Player
• Experience with CRM software, MS Office applications
