The Commercial Roofing Outside Sales role is responsible for driving sales and increasing revenues by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities related to commercial roofing. The incumbent will drive sales of a variety of commercial roofing products, including TPO, flat roofs, EPDM, and PVC.

• Anticipate $85K-$100K base salary + commissions (BOE)

Key Responsibilities 

• Prospect for new customers by researching potential opportunities, and delivering presentations on roofing products.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and potential customers to expand business opportunities.
• Set sales objectives and goals to ensure sales targets are met.
• Monitor competitors activities and markets to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial roofing products and their applications.
• Maintain a customer database and records of sales activities and future sales prospects.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and provide technical advice regarding roofing issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably within the roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing products, applications, and installation process.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and prospects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
