DIRECT HIRE | REGIONAL SALES MANAGER |
We have a client that is looking to add a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to their team. This role is with an established, 100+ year old company that will focus on Engineering & Construction products (Design/Fabrication/Construction) related to applications in the Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Commercial arenas and more.
Key Experience: Technical Sales, RFP's, Manufacturer/OEM, Managing Mfg. Reps, Equipment related to Material Handling systems (Blowers, fans, valves, baggers, conveyors, dust collectors, mixers, explosion protection, screeners, samplers, hoppers, liquid fill systems, etc.)
- Direct Hire, Annual Salary ($85K-$95K, based on experience)
- Performance based commission, in the 25-50% of base salary range (OTE is often $150K+)
- Full suite of benefits
- Anticipate 15% travel (+/-)
- Open to fully remote (CST or EST time zone) or hybrid schedule (office/remote in KCMO)
Role:
- Lead sales efforts in assigned Region
- Market to key industry segments (Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Municipal, Commercial)
- Develop key relationships within the region, (Engineering, GCs, Manufacturers, Architectural, Equipment Suppliers, etc.)
- Experience with Manufacturers Reps a BIG PLUS
- Individual contributor, no direct reports (this position reports to Sales Director)
Seeking:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, Construction or related)
- 5+ years of proven BD experience, preferred experience with Manufacturers Representatives
- Ability to work independently, Ability to handle a large geographical region
- Previous experience with CRM system (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
