Role: Xamarin Mobile App Developer

Location: Spring grove, IL

Duration: 12 Months

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Xamarin Mobile App Developer experienced in developing innovative, cutting edge apps for a new product line.  This position will work as part of a larger product development team in an agile manner. 

THE CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE DURING THE ONBOARDING PERIOD (COUPLE WEEKS).  AFTER ONBOARDING IS COMPLETE THE CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO WORK REMOTELY BUT WOULD NEED TO BE ON-SITE FOR OCCASIONAL MEETINGS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full software development life cycle, including planning, requirement/user story analysis, design, development, testing and deployment
• Work with a multi-discipline engineering team building new mobile apps from scratch

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications using Xamarin development tools
• Team player
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills is required
• Solid understanding of software engineering design fundamentals is required
• Experience with Bluetooth BLE and Mesh is a plus
• Experience with JSON and XML schemas is a plus
• Experience interfacing with AWS is a plus
• Experience with HockeyApp is a plus
• Experience with Fabric IO is a plus
