Job Summary

We are seeking an Adventure Park Crew Member to join our team! As an crew member you will be selling tickets, greeting and helping customers by providing information about the adventure park, directing customers, operating rides informing guests of the safety rules, and assisting customers looking to have a good experience. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working outside in a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive

Take payment admissions

Direct customers to various attractions and rides, or provide information on facilities and events

Inspect equipment commonly used and report any issues immediately

Create a fun atmosphere for all customers

Safely operate rides and attraction

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well within a team environment

Strong attention to detail

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

Must be able to work outside

Must be at least 16 years old
