    We’re seeking an experienced Advertising Account Manager (Amazon) with a strong background in agency account management and retail media advertising to serve as a strategic partner to our clients.

    In this client-facing role, you’ll manage relationships with brands and agencies, helping them achieve exceptional performance through Amazon Ads and other retail media platforms. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, campaign execution, and performance optimization while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

    You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery, consistent communication, and measurable business results.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at client relationship management, and brings a deep understanding of advertising strategy within an agency setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key brands and agencies, serving as their trusted advisor for retail media and Amazon Ads strategy.

    • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking to meet and exceed client KPIs.

    • Strategic Consulting: Leverage data and insights to develop actionable strategies that drive campaign efficiency and measurable ROI.

    • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client, relaying feedback and insights to internal teams to drive innovation and improvement.

    • Proactive Client Support: Lead client escalations and ensure swift, effective resolution of issues.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, and operations to ensure client goals and deliverables are consistently met.

    • Reporting & Insights: Prepare performance reports, analyze campaign results, and present data-driven recommendations to clients.

    • Growth & Retention: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthen engagement, and drive client renewals.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in advertising (Amazon Ads), client success, or retail media roles.

    • Prior experience working at or with an advertising agency is required.

    • Experience with Amazon Ads is required; familiarity with other retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Instacart, Target Roundel) is a plus.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    • Proven success managing enterprise client relationships and complex advertising campaigns.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    $80,000-$100,000 per year
