We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to support our marketing and advertising team in executing and coordinating advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily advertising activities, conducting research, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other departments to ensure campaign consistency
Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to support strategic initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for review
Help manage schedules, deadlines, and budgets for advertising projects
Maintain organized records of marketing and advertising assets
Support the team with administrative and project-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in an administrative or marketing-related role (internships accepted)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of advertising principles and media planning
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
