Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Advertising Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating advertising campaigns, working closely with the creative and marketing teams, and ensuring timely delivery and implementation of advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about the advertising industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather content, materials, and approvals.
Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
Track and report performance metrics of advertising efforts.
Support in the development of promotional materials and presentation decks.
Manage vendor communications and maintain records of advertising contracts.
Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for campaigns.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
