Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reports
Work closely with creative and account teams to ensure consistent messaging
Coordinate media placements and scheduling
Maintain accurate records of campaign deliverables and deadlines
Communicate with vendors and partners to manage ad materials and approvals
Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new advertising opportunities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
