We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Coordinator to join our Kansas, MO team. This position is responsible for supporting advertising operations, executing marketing initiatives, and coordinating communication between departments and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and has a strong understanding of advertising principles and campaign coordination.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals with internal teams and external vendors.
Monitor advertising budgets and ensure all campaigns stay within financial parameters.
Conduct research and provide recommendations on target markets and advertising trends.
Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign summaries for leadership review.
Ensure all advertising materials comply with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Maintain organized records of campaign documentation and media assets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in advertising coordination, campaign management, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with advertising metrics and reporting tools is a plus.
