    Amazon Advertising Manager

    Position Overview

    Our client is seeking an Amazon Advertising Manager to drive performance and execution across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). This role will manage day-to-day campaign strategy and optimization for high-growth ecommerce clients while serving as a key client-facing partner.

    You will own the performance and execution of Amazon advertising programs, translating data into actionable insights and continuously optimizing toward client goals. This role collaborates closely with senior advertising leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, client presentations, and account growth.

    The ideal candidate brings hands-on Amazon advertising experience, strong analytical skills, and a curiosity-driven mindset—someone who enjoys testing new approaches, learning emerging ad products, and improving performance through data-backed decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute, monitor, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP to drive performance and efficiency.

    • Support the development and execution of comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies for ecommerce clients.

    • Manage end-to-end Amazon campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals and KPIs from awareness through conversion.

    • Regularly analyze campaign results and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.

    • Lead testing and experimentation initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, and tactics.

    • Monitor and interpret performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

    • Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure accurate execution of advertising strategies.

    • Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights for clients.

    • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Amazon advertising best practices, benchmarks, and platform updates.

    • Leverage market research and category insights to support client growth and strategy development.

    • Assist with quarterly business reviews and strategic client communications.

    • Partner with Sales and internal teams to support seamless onboarding of new client accounts.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Ads within Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

    • Proven experience optimizing Amazon Sponsored Ads; hands-on experience with Amazon DSP required.

    • Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is a plus.

    • Strong familiarity with Amazon reporting tools and performance metrics.

    • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.

    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing experience preferred.

    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

    • Fully remote role (United States)
