REPORTS TO: MEDICARE MARKET MANAGER

DEPARTMENT/TEAM: ADVISE SALES/MARKETING- SALES ENABLEMENT

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW

Advise is a physician-aligned Medicare insurance agency that focuses on the primary care doctor-patient relationship above all else. Advise specializes in helping physicians meet their Medicare growth and retention goals through our high touch “concierge model” that utilizes physician-branded outreach and education year-round to engage senior patients in their healthcare choices.

The Medicare Sales Field Advisor is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales strategies to meet monthly sales goals for an assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with prospective customers in response to inside sales inquiries
• Self-generate outside leads and sales to meet or exceed sales plan
• Effectively conduct sales meetings following company’s process and materials
• Conduct educational seminars at various locations within the territory
• Set up and operate information tables throughout territory
• Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction through relationship building
• Work within set performance measurements designated by the company
• Use company’s required technology to manage leads and record enrollments
• Attend company meetings and complete all required training and programs
• Ensure adherence to Medicare Marketing guidelines and compliance regulations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of sales experience; insurance and Medicare sales experience preferred
• State health insurance license preferred
• Medicare and senior product knowledge preferred
• Maintain a Valid Driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report, (MVR)

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledgeable about Medicare program(s) and able to effectively answer prospect questions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to uphold Advise expectations regarding attitude, attendance, productivity, and competence-compliance.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position is required to travel to sales appointments within the market daily.
