    Position Duties:

    Coordinate alignment of customer process and people with workforce development objectives and best practices using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Ensure the effective implementation and on-going support of curriculum development for key customers using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Expand the billable professional services for assigned accounts using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Ensure the effective running of customer continuous improvement initiatives using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Establish site steering committee's in order to ensure proper support and alignment of expectations for agreed deliverables and targets, thus helping mines manage change using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Analyze site level metrics in order to review and monitor site progress and act where appropriate to ensure training and continuous improvement projects to ensure productivity, cost reduction or saftey operational goals are reached using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Deliver professional services using industry leading simulation and training programs, much of which is proprietary using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Proactively identify business improvement trends and opportunities through data analytics and apply targeted workforce development solutions to achieve measureable business improvement objectives using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Present ROI results (data) of above stated projects outcomes to senior management at mine sites and where applicable corporate executives using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Min. 40/wk

    Education and

    Experience Requirements:

    The education/research and experience requirements for this position are Technical Simulator; SimControl Software Familiarization & Configuration; and Risk Profile Baseline of Operations via TrainerADVANTAGE Levels 1-3 certification and three (3) years of experience in a Business Advising Capacity; Systems Integration Consultation; or Mine Training Technology & Implementation. In addition, using the knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology; SimMetrics™ Simulator Data Analytics; Workforce Development Planning; Training Systems Integration; and Project Management is required to be able to perform the responsibilities of the position, and are common to the occupation. They are not restrictive requirements.
