Position Overview

The Commercial Real Estate Advisor represents clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties.

This is a commission-based opportunity designed for driven professionals who want to build and grow their own client portfolio within a supportive and established brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships through in-person and digital engagement

Prospect and generate new business opportunities

Utilize available sales strategies, technology, and marketing tools

Stay informed on local market trends and property data

Collaborate with team members to support transaction success

Qualifications

Active Tennessee Real Estate License required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a production-based environment

Comfort with digital marketing tools and CRM systems

Previous sales experience preferred but not required
