Job Description

Advisors LLP seeks a corporate transactional attorney with 3-7 years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s transactional practices, including M&A, equity securities, private placements, corporate finance and commercial lending. Candidates should have prior experience conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings of acquisitions and divestitures. Candidates will also be expected to have general corporate law experience advising private companies on corporate governance matters.  Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.

The firm offers sophisticated work similar to large law firms without onerous minimum billing requirements. Preferred candidates will have at least 4 years of corporate experience at a national or regional law firm. Strong drafting and communication skills are a must.
