About the role: We are seeking two experienced SaaS leaders to join our Advisory Board. These individuals will bring deep industry knowledge particularly in Aerospace & Defence Compliance and Talent and Workforce Management, strategic thinking, and relevant operational expertise to help guide our executive team on matters such as product-market fit, growth strategy, fundraising, customer acquisition, and technology scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team, particularly on SaaS product development, go-to-market strategies, and revenue growth.
Offer insights on customer acquisition, pricing models, and retention strategies in a SaaS environment.
Assist in evaluating key hires, partnership opportunities, and investment decisions.
Serve as a sounding board for major company decisions and help navigate scaling challenges
Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual or in-person) and participate in occasional ad-hoc advisory calls or sessions.
Leverage your network to make key introductions to potential partners, investors, and talent that result in new opportunities and business growth.
Ideal Profile
Proven leadership experience in SaaS, ideally as a founder, C-level executive, or hand's-on investor in two industries: Talent & Workforce Management and Aerospace & Defence.
Track record of scaling a SaaS business through different growth stages (e.g., startup to Series A/B, or beyond).
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, customer success, and churn management.
Strong domain experience & relationships in a key market relevant to the advised operating company.
Strategic mindset with the ability to give actionable, high-level advice.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to contribute constructively.
Experience with B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS markets (nice to have).
Fundraising experience or strong investor relationships (nice to have).
Prior advisory or board experience (nice to have).
