    ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking to add qualified Wealth Managers, Retail Brokers, Investment Advisors and Institutional Salespeople to our talented wealth management and brokerage team. Advisory Group Equity Services Ltd. provides a unique opportunity for compensation, impacting business strategy, and suite of proprietary products. We have built a thriving business with over $1.3B in assets under control and a growing national footprint. Our reps are responsible for managing their existing relationships, generating new business, managing clients, and participating in investment seminars.

     

    COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: Commission; up to 90%; plus bonus

    RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in banking, financing, or other related fields

    • Significant client interaction experience

    • Familiarity with investment products and services

    • Ability to build rapport with clients

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Exceptional professional integrity

    • Proven management skills (leadership/ mentoring/ etc.)

    • Bachelor’s Degree required; higher education preferred

    • FINRA Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63 recommended
