The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both fellow attorneys and administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. Responsibilities: • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Work toward stated quarterly goals with management and accurately record time entries daily in the case management system • Collaborate with other attorneys on staff to determine the best course of action in the representation of clients Qualifications: • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Prior family law experience in a law firm for a minimum of 3 years is required • Ability to bill 30 hours per week and accurately record time in case management software • We love positive people.
