    Job Description

    (Contract - First 2 Weeks) leading to potential for Full-time / Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm / Murrieta, CA Office Position

    DUE TO COVID-19: ALL STAFF WORK ALONE IN PRIVATE ROOM OFFICES AT OUR BUILDING LOCATION.  FACE COVERING REQUIRED FOR OTHER AREAS OF THE OFFICE AND BUILDING.

    The team assistant performs various tasks using Adobe Photoshop and Web Editing including:

    • Basic Adobe InDesign & Photoshop assignments
    • Basic video editing skills Adobe Premiere or After Effects or any similar program
    • Formatting articles and other web content for the web
    • Assisting the client services director and designers with work tasks
    • Proofing and writing marketing content to showcase our solutions & services

    Since many tasks will be trained, this position is a great fit for a candidate excited to learn new systems and tasks yet also has the patience to perform assigned daily projects carefully to make sure the job's done right the first time.

    COMPENSATION Hourly - $13/hr* (merit increases on periodic basis)

    *Other candidates with experience & higher compensation requirements may apply for non-posted positions and must indicate salary requirements with additional experience and compensation history in CV introduction for consideration with other openings.

    BASIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience with blog/web based content editing and layout tools
    • Familiar and have used Adobe Premiere or After Effects or any similar program
    • Basic Photoshop using Adobe Creative Cloud (Suite) - Design tasks will be assigned daily 
    • Basic HTML/CSS - View page source & understand layout foundation even if not able to code directly

    **The basic role requirement must be identified in the introduction with your resume submission.

    Added Candidate Value Considerations:

    • Strong team communications and ability to manage/communicate task deadlines
    • Strong verbal communications for occasional customer direct follow up calls
    • Any Experience beyond basic Adobe Photoshop including InDesign & Illustrator
    • Any additional JavaScript, HTML, PHP and CSS skills

    COVID-19 OFFICE POLICY - ALL STAFF ARE WORKING IN SEPARATE WORKSTATION OFFICE ROOMS OR WORK SPACES.  EMPLOYEES MAY STILL BE ASSIGNED HOME/REMOTE (OUT OF OFFICE) WORK IF ANY CONDITION EXISTS THAT MIGHT AFFECT OTHER EMPLOYEES.

    Full Time From Murrieta, CA Office.
