We are seeking an Inside Sales Caller: Quick Pay & Flexible Work to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls to our active account list (400 accounts), including 50 VIP and 100 repeat accounts by using customer analytics to call customers before their expected order date to expand the range of products that they purchase from us.
- Follow-up with customers that click on our campaign emails, or website.
- Complete customer profiles and record objections for review with owner. Document and update customer records based on interactions, including order map and customer profile.
- Take orders over the phone, or direct customer to our online website and catalog.
- Email marketing and segmentation to our active (400) and non-active (1,200) account.
- Provide information about our men's clothing accessories.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
