    Cambridge International Systems has an immediate career opportunity for a Program Manager in Charleston, SC.  Qualified candidates must possess an active Secret clearance, Top Secret preferred.

    The Program Manager will assist the Sub-Portfolio Director with managing a variety of information technology programs and projects supporting multiple customers and geographic regions, providing daily business and technical administration of contracts, and supervision of direct assigned and matrixed technical resources.

    The Program Manager will:

    • Assist the Sub-Portfolio Director with development and implementation of assigned projects from original concept through implementation. Defines project scope and objectives.
    • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
    • Track all key performance indicators including finance, risks, staffing and schedules.
    • Maintain responsibility for creating monthly reporting PMR’s and responding to ad hoc clients requests as needed.
    • Develop and manage the schedules, milestones, and budget parameters.
    • Provide advance notification of any deviation from budget, schedule or resources.
    • Provide leadership to all personnel including serving as a principal interface with government leadership, COR, and Cambridge executives.
    • Be responsible for hiring, coaching, and evaluating Cambridge personnel in compliance with all government rules and regulations.

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

    • B.S. and 12+ years of technical experience with focus on network operations and sustainment, systems engineering/integration, and logistics. (will consider other combinations of experience, training, and certifications in lieu of degree).
    • Active Secret clearance, Top Secret preferred.
    • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
    • 5+ years of technical project management experience.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
    • Ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Project.

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 5 additional years of relevant commercial lending experience required.
    • Ten years of commercial underwriting, portfolio management and business development.
    • Proven ability to achieve success in a corporate sales environment

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Advanced knowledge of C&I, Real Estate, ABL, SBA, and Credit/Special Assets.
    • Proficient with credit principals and loan structuring
    • Strong ability to analyze business financial statements and assess the viability of business.
    • Advanced knowledge of banking products and services.
    • Solid understanding of accounting & finance.
    • Sales, marketing, and presentation skills.
    • Leadership development skills
    • Market knowledge.
    • Proficient use of MS Office.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Leadership role or previous management experience preferred.
    • Accredited Banking School Certification in Lending or related topic
