    Job Description

    We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will include entering orders, data entry of Customer and Vendor quotes, and supporting a sales desk and team.

    Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, efficient with administering large amounts of data, takes pride in the quality of their work, and is a team player with excellent communication skills. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    · Check data accuracy in orders - making sure data is entered correctly · Enter Purchase Orders, Customer Quotes, Vendor Quotes into ERP System efficiently and accurately · Verify flow down customer requirements to assure compliance · Open Order Reports to ensure our customers are supported · Assist with customer reporting

    Qualifications

    · Proven work experience as a customer service representative · Hands on experience with ERP software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) · Excellent communication skills · Sound organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills · A team player with high level of dedication · Ability to work under strict deadlines · Past Employment References Required
