We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Assembler with a strong background in mechanical assembly, particularly involving latches, slides, and small parts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the aerospace or defense manufacturing industry and demonstrate a steady hand, excellent dexterity, and a commitment to precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed mechanical assembly of aerospace components, including latches, slides, and other small parts

• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions

• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

• Ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies by following strict aerospace standards

• Document work performed and complete production paperwork as required

• Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors

• Maintain clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of aerospace or precision assembly experience

• Strong familiarity with latches, slides, and small mechanical assemblies

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with close attention to detail

• Proficient with hand tools and measurement devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
