Aerospace Chief Engineer - onsite Oklahoma City, OK
Responsibilities
- Lead research, planning, and design initiatives for mechanical and electromechanical aerospace products.
- Oversee fabrication, operation, application, and repair of aerospace components, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Support the design of critical systems, including heat transfer equipment, aircraft exhaust components, tooling, and test equipment.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally to drive project success.
- Ensure adherence to FAA Part 145 regulations and best practices in aerospace engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of aerospace experience with FAA Part 145 compliance.
- 3D modeling experience in aerospace (SolidWorks preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (minimum requirement).
- Proven leadership experience as at least an Engineering Supervisor.
- Experience working directly with clients in an engineering capacity.
- Knowledge of brazing, metrology, and telemetry.
