>Position:  Second Shift Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a second shift supervisor to run our manufacturing facility and supervise a small crew of CNC operators.

• Supervise employees to ensure they are machining parts to blueprints and specifications required by customer

• Work with Facility Manager on job planning and job completion

• Run CNC Machines and precision drilling machines performing routine operations, including start-up and shutdown, loading raw materials into bar feeder and making necessary adjustments while maintaining minimal machine downtime.

• Monitor product quality through regular inspection intervals.

• Troubleshoot and correct minor problems. Replace assigned tooling as needed (i.e., drills, taps, etc.).

• Perform manufacturing tasks (i.e., cleaning product).

• Record data on production documents and ensures all documentation is accurate and complete (i.e., part numbers, revisions, quantities produced, run hours, etc.)

• Maintain a clean work area (work surfaces and floors)
