    Open Roles:

    Buffers (HONE AND GRIND OPERATOR) $20-25 hourly 1st shift

    • Perform surface finishing, polishing, and buffing operations on aerospace components.

    • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict aerospace quality standards.

    • Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

    CNC Vertical Mill Operators with Haas $24-30 hourly 1st shift

    • Setup and operates CNC 4/5-axis vertical/horizontal milling machines

    • Operates 2-3 machines per shift

    • Reads and interprets blueprints, process sheets and work instructions to determine tooling requirements, set-up procedures, dimensional specifications and machining to be done

    • Loads control media in machine controller or enter commands to retrieve programs from file server

    • Makes minor edits to programs

    • Performs own inspection utilizing precision measurement instruments

    CNC Horizontal Mill Operators $24-32 hourly (with shift differential) 2nd shift

    • Operate CNC horizontal milling machines to produce aerospace components.

    • Load and unload materials, monitor machine operation, and ensure quality.

    • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and make basic offsets/adjustments.

    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

    Assembler with Soldering experience $19-21 hourly 1st shift

    • Review shop travelers, blueprints, and work instructions.
    • Clean, insulate, and wind bobbins per specifications.
    • Perform final testing (case resistance, dielectric).
    • Clean, lock wire, stamp, and prepare completed units.
    • Maintain 5S standards and follow all company safety rules.
    • Strip wire, test coil resistance, and solder lead wires and connectors.Assemble, insulate, and coat solenoid units as required.
    • Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and perform basic shop math.
    • Basic soldering skills and knowledge of hand tools.

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred.

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment.

    Salary info:

    $20 - $30 / hr
