Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Aerospace Sales Support & Data Input Specialist with 3–5+ years of experience in the aviation industry. This role combines sales support, customer relationship management, and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of aircraft products and services, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Prior knowledge of cost accounting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet company targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation market

Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, and industry partners

Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements

Accurately input and maintain sales and customer data in systems

Conduct market research to identify trends and monitor competitors

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Qualifications

3–5+ years of sales experience in the aircraft or aviation industry (required)

Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, products, services, or operations

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Skills & Competencies

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and accuracy

Prior knowledge of cost accounting is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$30.00–$38.00 per hour (based on experience)
