  • Responsibilities

    Description:

    This job contributes to the Corporate Center & Marketing Sourcing teams in leading sourcing strategies, negotiating agreements and managing suppliers to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend areas (Non-Merchandise).

    •Draft and redline a wide variety of agreements, such as NDAs, SOWs and master agreements.

    •Set up sourcing events and contract records in S2P system (Coupa)

    •Support the execution of RFx and SRM projects

    •Provide input into the sourcing process (document collection, spend analytics, supplier comparisons for price and technical capability) and make recommendations to sourcing teammates based on information learned

    •Assist with supplier onboarding, requisition submittal and related communications, both internally and internally

    •Conduct market and supplier research as requested

    •Ability to work with large databases to create reports and analyze data

    •Independently manage multiple projects and deadlines, utilizing project management techniques

    •Independently solve problems within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.

    •Collaborates effectively internally with Strategic Sourcing peers, business partners and leadership and externally with suppliers.

    •Employ advanced program and project management tools, solutions and techniques.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    •Experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement with an emphasis on contract lifecycle management. Knowledge and experience in managing the procurement of indirect spend categories.

    •Knowledge of procurement legal requirements and contracting best practices.

    •Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

    •Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Experience with, spend analytics and visualization programs, RFx programs, as well as source to pay or procure to pay technologies

    •Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and provide follow through in a fast paced, customer focused environment

    •Must possess excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    •Ability to process detailed information with accuracy

    •Strong customer service focus, persistence, flexibility and patience required
