    Aerowave Technologies is Dallas-Fort Worth’s fastest-growing two-way radio communication and security systems company. We are certified to sell Motorola, Avigilon, Hytera, Kenwood, and other manufacturers, and we provide white glove service to over 450 customers in a variety of end markets.

    We are currently looking to fill a Customer Service Admin position in our Lewisville, TX headquarters. The Service Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Operations and be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k.

     

    Job Summary: A Customer Service Admin is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of Aerowave Technologies. Duties include answering phone calls or emails, managing repairs, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best support the needs of our customers.

     

    Job Description:

    ·         Follow up to ensure that customers are satisfied with our products or services.

    ·         Let customers or clients know about additional products or services.

    ·         Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions or needs.

    ·         Escalate queries and concerns to the appropriate department.

    ·         Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service.

    ·         Manage in-house and third-party repair orders.

    ·         Update customers on pending and in-progress orders.

    • Be the Voice of the Customers by listening to their needs and concerns, then conveying those concerns to the appropriate Aerowave team members.
    • Perform other duties related to Customer Service as assigned.
