    Job Summary:  The sales administrative assistant position develops, maintains, and interacts primarily with the sales force to promote, coordinate, and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

    Job Description:

    ·         Build relationships with customers as an inside sales resource.

    ·         Be first point of contact in the office for customers

    ·         Handles administrative details of agreements with customers and or sales reps

    ·         Organizes, documents, and maintains customer programs

    ·         Coordinates and communicates pertinent information regarding new account set-up

    ·         Works with sales reps to ensure accurate forecasts and projections

    ·         Prepares sales quotes for customers

    ·         Processes sales orders for customers

    ·         Create, implement, and enforce a Customer Touch program

    ·         Completes requests for proposals

    ·         Stays abreast of customer requirements included in vendor guides, routing guides and vendor agreements and assists with necessary             follow-up

    ·         Prepares and prints reports for managers

    ·         Coordinates manager’s schedule – makes appointment, schedule meetings and plans and prepares for meetings

    ·         Assists Sales Manager in directing sales force and provides direction in Sales Manager’s absence

    ·         Assists Sales Manager with strategic account initiatives including planning meetings and inputting information in a timely fashion

    ·         Patient listener who empathizes with customers’ issues to improve their experience.

    Required Education and Experience

    ·         High school diploma or equivalent.

    ·         Minimum 3 years in support experience 4 years in a customer service role

     

    Preferred Education and Experience

     Associates degree

    ·         Compensation range $19-$21/hour
