Onsite Position | 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $21–$25 per hour (RN) | APRN rate based on experience
Ageless Spa Center in Gainesville is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse who is ready to begin or transition into a career in aesthetic medicine. This opportunity is ideal for early-career nurses who are passionate about skincare, client care, and professional growth within a luxury medical spa setting.
This position focuses exclusively on non-invasive treatments. Injectables are not included in this role.
Structured training and clinical guidance are provided.
Patient-Focused Care
Perform non-invasive aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments
Deliver personalized treatment experiences aligned with spa protocols
Clinical Support
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
Assist senior clinical providers during procedures when needed
Complete accurate and compliant documentation
Operational Excellence
Maintain sanitation and infection control standards
Ensure treatment areas reflect a high-end, professional environment
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
We are looking for nurses who are:
Licensed Registered Nurses (RN required)
APRNs welcome, compensation determined by experience
Interested in aesthetics and skincare
Professional in presentation and communication
Reliable and coachable
Available to work Sundays
Able to work onsite in Gainesville, FL
Prior aesthetic experience is preferred but not required. We are open to training motivated nurses who are committed to long-term growth in aesthetics.
3 to 5 working days per week
8 to 10 hour shifts
Sunday required: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Additional shifts scheduled Monday through Friday
Saturday: Closed
Business Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
RN: $21 to $25 per hour depending on experience
APRN: Rate determined individually
1099 Independent Contractor status
W2 option may become available based on performance
