    Position Title: Sales Representative

    Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

    Position Overview:

    The Sales Representative will be accountable for growing and managing account relationships focusing on Lasers 2U’s 4-core clients, Dermatologists | Hospitals | Plastic Surgeons | Medical Spas. The Sales Representative will also pitch existing clients to ensure they are aware of all Lasers 2U’s service offerings to make certain Lasers 2U remains top of mind service provider.

    Requirements:

    3+ years of medical sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in the aesthetic laser industry

    Highly motivated, organized and results-driven

    Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines | expectations

    Positive attitude and a team player

    Must be a self-starter

    Adapt to changes in the work environment | managing competing demands

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    Ability | willingness | flexibility to travel extensively

    Ability to collaborate | develop | maintain strong relationships and cross-functional efforts across all levels of the organization

    Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively

    Strong time management skills

    Exude and foster passion for the business

    Key Responsibilities:

    Achieve sales targets

    Understand Lasers 2U service offerings | communicate value proposition to align solutions with pain points

    Prospect new | existing accounts through networking | cold calling

    Preparing | giving sales presentations to prospective clients

    Coordinate sales efforts with marketing | company programs

    Utilize CRM to maintain client database | records and to track | monitor sales cycle

    Ensure the highest level of professionalism | proactive communication with accounts to build strong relationships | drive the business forward

    Resolve client complaints | provide solutions via team effort

    Accountable for all order entry in partnership with client service

    Attend sales educational events | seminars

    Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends | competitors | all aspects of Lasers 2U’s market
