Position Summary Encompass Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse (RN) to deliver high quality aesthetic services within a modern, patient centered medical wellness environment. This role blends clinical excellence with elevated service standards, focusing on safe outcomes, strong patient education, and consistent follow through.
Key Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic consultations, obtain relevant history, and support individualized treatment planning
Deliver aesthetic treatments within scope and training, including injectable services as applicable and aligned with clinic protocols
Perform and support advanced device based services, including Sciton BBL treatments, and microneedling services using InMode platforms and SkinPen, following clinic protocols and manufacturer guidelines
Educate patients on treatment options, realistic expectations, pre care and post care, and recommended maintenance plans
Document care thoroughly and accurately in the medical record, including consents, treatment details, and follow up plans
Maintain strict infection control practices, medication and supply handling standards, and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA expectations
Support patient retention through consistent experience standards, follow up outreach, and a hospitality forward approach
Coordinate with providers and the front office team to ensure schedule flow, patient readiness, and timely room turnover
Assist with inventory controls, ordering support, and organization of treatment areas to maintain a premium clinical environment
Required Qualifications
Aesthetic experience with injectables and advanced skincare protocols
Active Registered Nurse license in South Dakota, in good standing
Previous hands on aesthetic experience in a clinical setting, including Sciton BBL treatments and microneedling with InMode and SkinPen
Proven ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with patients
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
Comfort working in a fast paced, service oriented environment with performance expectations
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years Aesthetic experience with injectables and advanced skincare protocols
Experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness clinic setting
Sales minded patient education approach that is ethical, consultative, and non-pressured
Experience with EMR documentation and standardized clinical workflows
Schedule and Employment Type This is a full time position. Our current clinic schedule is Monday through Friday. As we expand patient access, this role will transition to include one to two Saturdays per month, scheduled in advance.
In addition, this position will support select marketing and community events, including bridal shows and trade shows that typically occur on weekends. These events are generally one to two per quarter and are planned ahead of time. Scheduling adjustments and time coordination for weekend events will be communicated in advance and aligned with clinic needs.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation is competitive and based on experience, credentials, and demonstrated skill set. This is salary plus commission position. Benefits may include paid time off, product and service discounts, and ongoing training opportunities, depending on position type and eligibility.
