We are seeking an Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) to provide advanced, non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a professional and supportive clinical environment. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge aesthetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, satisfaction, and medical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Treatment Planning
- Conduct detailed patient consultations, assess skin and facial anatomy, and develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans
- Educate patients on available treatments, expectations, and aftercare instructions
- Obtain informed consent and ensure patient safety protocols are met
Aesthetic Treatments & Procedures
- Administer Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, Biostimulators
- Perform Radio Frequency Micro-needling, Chemical peels, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, and laser skin treatments
- Monitor patient reactions during and after procedures, making adjustments as necessary for optimal results
Patient Education & Follow-up
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and conduct follow-up appointments
- Maintain clear, detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols, licensing requirements, and infection control standards
- Work alongside physicians and medical directors to review treatment plans and complex cases
Business & Growth Support
- Assist with marketing efforts, client retention, and business development initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, new aesthetic procedures, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
✅ Active NP or RN License in the state of Illinois
✅ Neurotoxin and filler certification required
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine
