Position: Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Location: Dallas, TX
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

What You'll Do:

• Perform aesthetic injections including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (cheeks, lips, jawline, etc.), biostimulants
• Educate clients on skin health, preventative treatments, and the benefits of holistic facial rejuvenation
• Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans with a natural aesthetic approach
• Collaborate with our team of estheticians and front desk professionals to ensure an elevated, consistent client experience
• Document treatments thoroughly and responsibly in EMR (Boulevard or similar)
• Engage with our audience on social media and through internal marketing opportunities
• Attend ongoing trainings to stay ahead of best practices, safety standards, and new techniques

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed RN, NP, or PA in Texas with at least 2–5 years of injectable experience preferred
• Strong aesthetic eye with a preference for subtle, balanced results
• Passion for skincare, skin health, and patient education
• Comfortable creating content and being featured in social media or educational posts
• A collaborative, go-getter mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional results and client care
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or Saturdays if needed

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate and commission based on experience
• Retail commission
• 401(k) after 90 days (for eligible employees)
• PTO for full-time roles (32+ hours/week)
