We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) who is confident in their skillset, refined in their aesthetic eye, and motivated to grow within a high-standard, luxury environment. This position is ideal for a provider who values subtle enhancement, patient education, and building lasting relationships rooted in trust.

Position Overview:

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will provide advanced injectable and regenerative treatments while delivering a seamless, concierge-level experience from consultation to follow-up. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine.

This is not a high-volume, transactional environment. We prioritize quality, thoughtful treatment planning, and artistry.

Responsibilities:

Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with precision and advanced technique

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations with a focus on natural, balanced outcomes

Develop individualized, long-term treatment plans tailored to patient goals

Administer PRP for hair restoration and joint support, micro needling, and regenerative therapies

Operate advanced skin technology devices and energy-based treatments

Provide detailed pre- and post-procedure education

Maintain meticulous clinical documentation

Uphold a polished, luxury treatment environment

Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and team to maintain the highest clinical standards

Pursue ongoing education to remain current with aesthetic innovations

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted California RN license

Minimum of 1 year of injectable experience required

Demonstrated proficiency with Botox and dermal fillers

Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance

Experience in a med spa or aesthetic medical practice required

Current BLS certification

Professional, polished presence and excellent communication skills

Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to refine technique and expand skillset

BSN preferred.
