    Aesthetic Injector – Registered Nurse (RN)

    Location: Relive Health Coralville

    Compensation: Hourly, Based on Experience

We’re seeking a results-driven, highly accredited Registered Nurse (RN) Injector to perform aesthetic procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience in line with our brand values. As an Aesthetic Injector at Relive Health, you will play a crucial role in providing aesthetic consultations, procedures, follow-up to clients. The Nurse Injector will confidently communicate the value of Wellness, Regenerative, and Health-Span focused services provided by Relive Health - alongside your team members and in addition to aesthetic treatments and procedures - to encourage a synergistic approach to achieving positive outcomes for the client. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes. The Aesthetic Injector RN must represent the Relive brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxin, filler, etc.) under medical supervision

    Assist with aesthetic consultations, educate clients on aesthetic treatment plans and post-care instructions

    Review intake and consent forms, assess for contraindications, and collaborate with NPs/PAs for treatment clearance as needed

    Maintain accurate medical records and uphold HIPAA and clinical compliance standards

    Partner with health center staff to ensure smooth scheduling, inventory management, client follow-up, and synergistic management of treatment plan

    Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques.

    Follow strict infection control protocols for a clean and sterile work environment.

    Stay updated on the latest industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to injectable procedures.

    Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy, participating in shared decision-making.

    Collaborate with colleagues to address complex cases and seek guidance when necessary.

    It is at the Health Center Director’s discretion to assign additional duties and tasks not related to the duties described in this memo.

    Must be able to work autonomously, but in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

    Demonstrate computer literacy, accurate and timely charting via Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

    Represent the Relive brand in appearance, professionalism, and engagement

    Qualifications

    Active RN license in Iowa

    Completion of neurotoxin and dermal filler injection training

    2-5 years experience in aesthetic injectables/practice preferred

    Ability to work collaboratively with providers and team members

    Comfortable educating clients and supporting their wellness goals

    Certification as a Nurse Injector or training in injectable procedures.

    Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology (MOA) related to injectable treatments.

    Proven experience in administering injectable procedures, with a focus on aesthetic enhancements.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.

    Ability to educate and inform clients about treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.

    Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

    Commitment to client safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.

    Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Commitment to classroom and online skills training including but not limited to Didactic Training, hands on Neurotoxin training, Xeomin Bootcamp, PACE Training, MAC Training, and Cadaver Training in addition to receiving certification of completion.

    This job operates in a medical facility where medical supplies/equipment and hazardous materials are in abundance. It is necessary to understand proper protocols and required disposal of these materials. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible.

    While performing duties of this job, the provider's role is to establish and maintain the client-provider relationship. This position requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling daily. The employee must have the ability to move quickly to respond to the client’s needs.

    This position is part time. The company hours (may depend on location) operate Monday- Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am-3:00pm.
