About Allure Aesthetics
Allure Aesthetics is a luxury, destination medical aesthetics practice known for unparalleled results, bespoke care, and a collaborative, brand-centered team culture. We believe true confidence is built through trusted relationships, clinical excellence, and timeless artistry.
Our goal is to define what the future of aesthetics should look like; not the standard, but the peak. Every detail, from client experience to clinical training, reflects our commitment to this elevated vision.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role requires a passion for aesthetics, strong collaboration, and a commitment to Allure's Apprenticeship program and values-driven care.
Injectables will be part of your work - but not all of it. You'll contribute across a range of services, current and future, as business needs evolve. We value providers who are flexible, team-minded, and aligned with our elevated approach.
At Allure, we don't hire “injectors”- we develop aesthetic clinicians. We invest in professionals who think broadly, adapt thoughtfully, and deliver excellence across the full spectrum of care.
Our providers are not expected to bring in their own clients and this is not a commission-based position. Allure handles marketing, outreach, and brand positioning. You will appear in content and support brand efforts, but your compensation does not depend on your ability to bring clients into the practice.
Experience in aesthetics is welcome but not required. Coachability and cultural alignment matter most.
Training & Apprenticeship Requirement
All providers at Allure begin with our paid Apprenticeship program. This is a part-time, hands-on training period - typically over the first few months - designed to ensure every clinician can deliver care that fully aligns with Allure's standards. The Apprenticeship includes over 150 hours of one-on-one training, brand-specific protocols, and mentorship across services.
During this time, providers are compensated at $25 per hour. We cover all required certifications and invest in outside training when needed. You'll move to full-time clinical care only once you've demonstrated the ability to carry out services to the same high standard as our established team.
Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide aesthetic services - including injectables, skin health treatments, and other offerings - in alignment with Allure's clinical standards and evolving needs
- Perform Good Faith Exams (GFEs) for other providers, ensuring a compliant, thorough medical evaluation
- Step in for complication management when required, maintaining calm, client-centered care
- Take before and after photos in accordance with Allure's protocols
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in line with Allure standards
Client Experience
- Answer client emails and messages when requested by the front desk team
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, elevated client experiences
- Support client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and contribution to long-term treatment planning
- Represent the Allure brand with polish and professionalism in all client and public-facing interactions
Team Collaboration & Flexibility
- Step in to support fellow team members across roles and service lines as needed
- Support cross-training in adjacent service areas to maintain a flexible, well-rounded skillset
- Participate in internal case reviews and provider roundtables to ensure consistency and collective growth
Education & Innovation
- Participate in ongoing training - including in-house mentorship, external education, and industry conferences - with all required learning paid for by the practice
- Contribute actively to the refinement and evolution of Allure's clinical protocols
- Train and coach new team members as assigned
- Assist in the creation and improvement of Allure's in-house training curriculum
- Contribute to marketing content such as educational videos or other client-facing materials
- Offer thoughtful suggestions for operational or clinical improvements

Professionalism & Flexibility
At Allure, we deeply respect our providers' time and strive to keep schedules consistent and well-managed. However, as a medical practice, some flexibility is required - such as supporting client complications, participating in events, attending off-site training, or accommodating appointments that run over scheduled time.
We're seeking clinicians who approach these moments with maturity and professionalism, committed to providing the best care possible and supporting the team.
