What You Will Do

• Perform a variety of professional facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns.

• Administer chemical peels, microneedling treatments, and advanced skincare protocols with precision and care.

• Conduct personalized skincare consultations to develop customized treatment plans for each client.

• Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail products.

• Maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.

• Stay current with the latest skincare products, trends, and techniques through ongoing education.

• Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic teams to ensure the highest standard of client care.

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active Indiana Esthetician License.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.

• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment protocols.

• Experience working with a high-end, cosmetic-focused clientele is a plus.

• Outstanding client communication, consultation, and service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
