1- Aesthetician- who would be interested in starting at front desk, working as medical assistant, with opportunity if the fit is right to begin practicing/seeing patients.

2- Coolsculpting Expert. I do not currently have a dedicated coolsculpting expert. I would like someone to dedicate to our coolsculpting business. it would include lead management/nuturing, coolsculpting consultations, follow ups, doing the treatment, before and after photo management, marketing. We have 1 Coolsculpting Elite Device in our office.

All of our aestheticians are hired as Front Desk/Medical Assistants first. They go through a training process of about 3-6 months at the front desk followed by another 3-6 months as a Medical Assistant. During this time we evaluate and train them to see if they would be a good fit as a practicing aesthetician in our office.
